What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Should a customer decides to return a bag they bought during live selling or posting because of undeclared flaws, they have three (3) days to inspect the item's condition and return it for exchange only.
Beyond that period, any exchange will not be processed unless the item is proven to be fake by a professional authenticator.
We strongly advise that you check all items upon receipt.
